WHAT TO EXPECT IN CLASSES AT CALORE CLUB
Terms + conditions
booking policy
Classes at Calore Club are available to book up to 14 days in advance. We recommend booking early to secure your preferred time slots, as space is limited and classes fill quickly.
To book, you must have valid class credits or an active membership, along with a credit card on file. Walk-ins are welcome if space is available, but advance booking is highly encouraged.
Bookings open daily at 9:00 a.m. EST for the corresponding day two weeks out. For example, Monday’s classes open for booking two Mondays before.
checking in
Calore Club uses our official app to make check-in seamless. When you arrive, simply open the app and allow location access—you’ll be automatically checked in when your device is detected within range of the studio.
-
If you’re attending as a drop-in or unable to check in through the app, please check in at the front desk or let your instructor know you're present.
-
To respect the flow of class and other members on the waitlist, spots will be released five (5) minutes before class begins.
-
If you expect to arrive late but within the first 10 minutes of class, please call the front desk at (xxx) xxx-xxxx so we can hold your spot.
-
Late entry is permitted only up to 10 minutes after class begins. This policy is in place to help prevent injuries, as missing the warm-up can increase risk.
-
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you may not be permitted to join class and may incur a no-show fee in accordance with our cancellation policy.
Cancellation + No Show policy
We get it—life happens. If you need to cancel a class, you can do so up to 4 hours before the scheduled start time with no penalty.
Cancellations made within 4 hours of class start time or failure to attend will be considered a no-show and are subject to the following:
-
Unlimited Memberships: Your first no-show each month is waived as a courtesy. After that, a $20 no-show fee will be automatically charged to your account for any additional missed classes without timely cancellation.
-
Class Pack Holders: The class credit will be forfeited.
-
Drop in Single Class: The cost of the class will be forfeited
You can cancel through the Calore Club App or by calling the front desk. To keep classes running smoothly and ensure everyone has a fair shot at a spot, we must stick to this policy. However, we understand that emergencies and exceptional circumstances happen—if that’s the case, reach out to us directly. Cancellation fees may be waived on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the studio team.
WAITLIST POLICY
Each client is responsible for their placement on the waitlist. If you get into class from the waitlist, the same late cancellation and no-show policies apply, so please be aware of those policies if you’re booking multiple classes.
CLASS CAPACITY + AGE REQUIREMENTS
-
Due to limited class sizes, we cannot exceed capacity under any circumstances. We recommend booking early and using the waitlist feature.
-
Participants must be at least 16 years old. Minors (ages 16–17) must have written consent from a parent or guardian on file prior to participating.
Late arrivals
To keep our classes safe and flowing smoothly:
-
If you expect to arrive within the first 10 minutes of class, please call the front desk at (xxx) xxx-xxxx so we can hold your spot.
-
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you may not be permitted to join class and may incur a no-show fee in accordance with our policy.

You may cancel your monthly unlimited membership at any time—but we require at least 30 days’ notice prior to your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month.

-
Call the front desk at (XXX) XXX-XXXX
-
Submit a request through the Calore Club app

Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable once billed
PAUSING YOUR MEMBERSHIP
We get that life can be unpredictable. Members may pause their unlimited membership for up to 2 consecutive months, once per calendar year.
To request a pause:
-
Email hello@calore.club with the subject line “Membership Pause Request”
-
Pause in our App
-
Or speak to the front desk in person
Pause requests must be submitted at least 7 days before your next billing date. During the pause period, your billing will be temporarily suspended and resume automatically at the end of the hold window.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
-
All class credits are final sale. No refunds.
-
You can cancel an unlimited membership anytime, but no prorated refunds will be available. The client is responsible for keeping track of expiration and/or auto-renewal dates.
-

The item must be in new condition with the tags still attached. No returns will be permitted after thirty (60) days. All intimates are final sale.
Monthly MEMBERSHIPS
